Website and Digital Service Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the VERCOD website, its account portal and Social Vercod. They supplement, rather than silently replace, signed service agreements, the existing general business terms and the MT5 terms accepted in the portal.
Provider and scope
The provider is VERCOD, upravljanje spletnih portalov, d.o.o., Spodnja Polskava 100, 2331 Pragersko, Slovenia; registration 7534132000; tax number 97387452; info@vercod.com; +386 69 737 737. These services are intended for users authorized to act for themselves or their organization.
A separate order or agreement determines paid services, fees, support and service levels. These pages do not create an unlimited support commitment or change an existing price. Specific agreed product terms prevail for that product, subject to mandatory law. Other VERCOD applications may have their own terms.
Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, assign workspace access carefully and promptly report suspected compromise. Connect only accounts or channels you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another user's data, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.
Social Vercod content and instructions
Social Vercod uses self-hosted Postiz to prepare, schedule and publish content and display supported platform statistics. You remain responsible for your content, necessary permissions, copyright, personal-data disclosures, destination accounts and publication visibility. You retain rights in your content; you authorize the processing necessary to store and publish it according to your instructions.
Check drafts, schedules, time zones and publication results. A scheduled item is not a guarantee of delivery at an exact time. Platform outages, quotas, expired permissions, moderation or account restrictions can delay or prevent publication. Cancel pending posts before disconnecting an account when you no longer want them sent.
YouTube and other platform rules
Social Vercod uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service as well as these terms. Google's Privacy Policy describes Google's processing. Other connected platforms' terms and policies apply to their integrations.
An OAuth connection is not an endorsement or certification by Google, YouTube or the platform. API verification, publication visibility, quota limits and continued availability remain subject to the platform's rules. VERCOD cannot promise that a platform will approve an application or allow a particular upload.
Privacy and ending access
Read the privacy notice before authorizing an integration. It explains the data used, recipients, retention and how to revoke access or request deletion. Stop using an optional integration if you do not accept its required access. Disconnecting an account does not remove content already published on the external platform.
Contact info@vercod.com to request account closure, data deletion or help ending a service. Contractual or legal retention obligations may apply. Export any content you need before closing your workspace; a recovery backup is not a substitute for your own archive.
MT5 and other products
MT5 downloads, licensing, activation and optional telemetry remain governed by the product-specific terms and choices in the authenticated portal. Nothing on this page changes your previously recorded acceptance or promises trading performance. Separate customer services, including hosting and security work, require their own agreed scope.
Availability, responsibility and suspension
Maintenance and third-party dependencies can interrupt service. We may restrict access when necessary to protect security, comply with law or address misuse, with notice where practicable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that all third-party features will remain available.
Responsibility and remedies follow the applicable agreement and law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. Slovenian law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by mandatory rules; contact us first to seek a practical resolution of a dispute.
Changes and contact
The date above identifies this version. Material changes to service use or data processing will be communicated through the service or the available account contact channel where required. These terms do not retroactively rewrite an individually agreed contract or a previously accepted MT5 document. Questions: info@vercod.com.
